My 2000 Ford focus won't start. When I turn the key to the second position it just had a steady beep. I can't put up Windows but do have interior lights. No lights on dash either. I can lock and unloc

when you turn the key in the ignition to start do you hear a click-click or is the starter actually turning?

No clicking just the steady tone and windows won't roll up and can't get it out of park

No clicking,no starter motor sound , not enough power to work the windoows - sounds like a dead battery, try to get a boost and see if it will start and then get a battery . Might want to ask someone to check the alternator too or you'll kill another battery. Batteries do have a useful life then they are done

I can't start my car but it does make a click click sound... What can be wrong...
