Air Conditioner works, blowing correctly, but heat will not get warm. '14 Dodge Avenger

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2014 Dodge Avenger. Air is blowing fine on both sides, but will not
get warm when set to heat. Recently replaced an actuator due to the
clicking/knocking noise behind the glovebox. Solved the knocking noise but
did nothing to get the car to heat up. I've seen a lot of posts where people
have the air blowing hot on one side of the car and not the other - not the
case here. Does anyone have any ideas?

weirdly enough we turned the knob from hot to cold rapidly on full blast. our shop guy told us the valve sometimes get stuck - that was enough to get it unstuck. hope your issue is solved as easily as mine!
