Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I just replaced the passenger side window regulator in my
2014 dodge grand caravan. Everything went smoothly until
I tested it. The window rolls up than automatically rolls
itself down. Or it will roll up than roll down 6 inches.

You have to reset the auto power window setting. So hold the switch in the up position until the glass sets in the upper channel and hold for at least 5 seconds, then hold the switch in the down position until fully lowered and hold for at least 5 seconds. Test the reset by toggling the power up and power down function. Done. Repeat if it still doesn't work.

you will need to pull the window switch up as far as it will go you will hear a small click. Then hold there for a slow 5 seconds do not let go at all. do the same in down position it will work. I had one at our repair shop and it was a 2015-that it worked on too. sometimes you have to do it a series of times for it to take-i've heard but haven't experienced myself. best of luck!
i have this problem was this ever figured out
I just had this problem after replacing the driver window regulator in a '16 Grand Caravan. None of the relearn procedures worked, even with multiple attempts. I resorted to doing a 5 minute battery disconnect with all windows rolled completely up. Once I reconnected the battery, all Express Down and Up functions were restored. I hope this helps others with the same issue.
Tried all of these none worked.
I had the same issue, and messed up with the buttons with many intervals (5,10,15 seconds each way) until one touch got disabled. I kept messing with them and it got fixed.
