How do I turn off heated seats if touch screen is broken?

Some of the newer ones you can access the serial data with a really good scanner and then turn them off from there, but if yours won't do that then the only way is to disconnect the heater portion on each seat. You may have to unbolt each seat to gain access to the wiring. Factory touchscreens are not the best, mine went bad and they no longer made it so I found an aftermarket unit and had it installed. It wasn't cheap but way cheaper than if they had a factory unit. Forget looking for used as they don't guarantee anything.
