Hello

I have 2014 CHRYSLER TOWN COUNTRY today
the radio went of without any reason and does not
turn back on, i check the fuses and its ok

The lights of the radio on but non of the buttons are
working.

Please see the picture, any solution to fix it?

I just had my van inspected at the local dealership for the same issue, and I was told I needed to replace the radio for $1300 (stock). I am wondering, which years can I pull a radio from to replace on my 2014 CTC? Thanks
