There are companies that still make wire wheels. Problem is the Chrysler 300 is a heavy car and it will be difficult to do. I think that your best bet would be to find a manufacturer of reproduction wire wheels from cars like the older Caddy's or Oldsmobile's, even going to the 16 cylinder. cars of the 30's and 40's, Then you will have to change the suspension so that the car can handle the less efficient wire wheels.
I just looked at one of my model cars that I built, it's a 1953 Buick Skylark, it has wire wheels in chrome or nickel. as well as knock off hubs. I think if you look this car up and look at it you may find it is just what the doctor ordered. Good luck
