Misrepresentative pricing

Is there any way you can have sellers disclose in advance their associated fees. I have been coming across additional fees as much as 34% of the selling price. SHould be illegal.

Just because they ask for fees does not mean you must pay them. Only taxes and DMV fees are mandatory.
