Please Help Me

My phone charger in my car wouldn't work so I had
this guy look at the fuses..we didn't have an
owner's manual so he just pulled the fuses out
from the inside panel to see which one was blown.
Once he put them back in.. nothing worked on my
vehicle!! My horn, my lights, my wipers  my power
locks, it wouldn't start!! Figured it the battery fuse
was in the wrong place..put it in the right place.
Now the car will start but nothing works!! It says
service charging system, power steering system ,
and my battery and brake light are on AND it won't
come out of park!!! Please tell me this man didn't
ruin my car behind a  fuse please.

Finally got a REAL mechanic to look at it!! Took him 30 seconds to place the fuse in the right place and the car worked. Needless to say no more shade tree mechanics for me.. lesson learned!!!! Thanks for your advice also.
