We have a brand new car that has less than 100 miles on it. Would it be bad to drive it on a 1,000 mile round trip vacation.

We just purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox and it has less than 100 miles on it.  Would it hurt the car to take it on a 1,000 mile round trip vacation?

No. Just don't use the cruise control. You have want to varie your speed. This way the engine "brakes in" and avoid any hard braking.
