return policy on purchased used vehicle

Check your paperwork and contact the seller. Dealers will usually not let you return a used car, they will repair first. Cars are sold As is and might have a 30 day drivetrain warranty. They will take it back, but only give you wholesale price and you will lose a fair amount of money.

The used Jeep Cherokee I recently purchased from Ourisman Chrysler has been in Ourisman's service department more than it has been in my garage. What's the return policy for a recently purchased (financed) used car with serious mechanical problems?
