Why doesn’t Seat heater work

I have a 2014 Silverado truck and wanted to know how fuses are listed on
panel so I can check why they aren’t heating, back is working ,seat part is not
working

See the seat heater in picture, #2, I'd check continuity at that electrical connector, if no continuity, the seat heater is faulty. I'll try to post wiring diagram for seat fuses.
This is what I found for fuses, I don't think that will help? Where the wiring connector plugs in for the seat heater, with controls on, check for voltage and ground, you can use a test light.

Thanks for info do you know which plug in it may be I see a bigger green plug and a smaller gray plug Both driver and passenger seat heater won’t work any chance both would go out
