How do I report possible fraud

I’m in AZ. But why are you asking me how will I be
paying for the vehicle when I told you
I’m paying cash??? Bank to Bank, my bank can
wire the funds to your account, or the transaction
can be completed through CarFax. I really don’t
have an option all three works I’ve done this before
several times. I just want you to get your cash in
hand . And once you receive your cash, how I’m
getting my vehicle to Arizona is my business. Plus I
still need an appraiser to come by and look at your
vehicle. I need a mechanic to come by and look at
your vehicle.
But all of that is MOOT POINT at this point.
Since I did not here for you I canceled the
appraiser. You have my Direct Number no call no
text from you. I canceled the mechanic because of
no communication from you. Furthermore…I still
have not received the maintenance, repairs,
aftermarket add-ons…etc.I needed those items
before any money trans transferred to you. Once I
received what I asked for, I would contacted the
appraiser an mechanic to move forward. And they
would have contacted you to see when was the
best time they could come by and do what they
need to do. Gil I asked you twice for that
information and twice you sent me nothing. Sunday
and this morning I asked for it. I still don’t have it.
