Blower motor will not go off

Asked by LvMyKids Feb 20, 2017 at 10:52 AM about the 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer EXT LT RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer that the blower will not turn off with the
buttons on the dash nor by turning the key off. The key does not get stuck in
the ignition. The only way I've found to get it to turn off is by removing the
fuse. Could this be the blower motor relay and if so where is it located?
Thanks a bunch!

This is probably the blower motor resistor that causes this. Usually located somewhere by the blower motor. I think if you follow the wires from the blower motor they will lead you to the blower motor resistor.
