High beam headlights

My low beams and fog lights work but not my high beams..
also ECO in green letters on my instrument panel hasn't
been coming up. I've checked the switch and bulbs.

As far as head lamps, the bcm monitors the headlamp switch for activity. Based on that activity, the bcm sends voltage to headlamp assembly for whichever lamp. I saw 6 trouble codes relating to headlamps. Two were U codes. Four were p1 codes. At the least, use a code reader that will work with your vehicle and read manufacturer specific codes. If you find a code, post it. Hopefully me or somebody, can help you with the code? Note the diagram, the top wires above lamp assembly are voltage, the bottom black wires in diagram are grounds. You need voltage and ground. At the moment, I can't tell you exactly where the problem is located? What I posted is just my opinion.
