I have a 2004 GMC Envoy it started idling high to low 1 - 2 then 1 - 0 then total shut down . Vehicle does start right back up until I stop for red light or stop sign and the stalling posses starts

Buy some throttle body cleaner and clean your throttle body and Idle Air Control valve. Remove the throttle body and IAC. Completely tear down and clean. If you want the easy fix first, you can always try this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=df9YYULxQE8 If that didn't do the trick, you may want to remove your IAC valve and visually inspect it. No videos on that. If you have a check engine light on, you may want to bring it in to an Autozone and have your error codes read. If the cleaning didn't solve the issue, I would narrow down the defective part by getting your codes read.
