Check engine light code P2646

I have my check engine light on and it reads code
P2646 - A rocker arm actuator system
performance or stuck off bank 1. Have done
research and indicates to replace intake rocker
arm solenoid. Have changed the oil, run oil flush
through and replaced solenoid however still feel
like it is not running right. Has anyone encountered
this same issue?
