Check all fuses & circuit breakers under hood and also under dash and check the terminal wires and ground wire from battery to frame and ground wire from engine block to frame for burned wires, it has safety measures built in so I am sure you will be able to fix it,

Now I just saw that you must have had the key on because the windows blinkers ect does not work. Yes this will or can fry the alternator and if key was on yes fry the fuses under dash and I am sure the main fuse is blown too under the hood but also if key was on it may have fried the computer or damaged it, ifits not cranking then if all bad fuses replaced and still no crank up then yes it fried the computer.

If it does however run then you need a alternator and locate the blown fuses could be under hood and under dash.

Be sure to check those grounds I mentions above as they took the heat so to speak and may be burned or melted.

I always thought that battery terminals should be different sizes too instead of just different color. As in the dark color does not matter.

There is also a ground wire and fuse at the computer to check, the fuse for computer may be on it or in wire leading to it. Let me know how this goes. If I can think of anything else I will be glad to help.
