Tighten your battery connections, and clean the ground on passenger side of tranny hump, pull the carpet back. If it happens again after that, I'd lean towards ignition switch.

When u say tighten ground on passenger side of tranny hump’ pull carpet back” is it the front seat carpet to pull back or the back floor carpet to get access to this ground?
