cooling fans come on as soon as i put fuse in even whe car has set overnight

im not getting power to my low pressure switch after replacing ac compressor
then i noticed the cooling fans were not coming on traced down the fuse it was
burnt as soon as i replaced it the fans came on but still no power to ac low
pressure switch then turned car off the fans stayed on after awhile removed the
fuse let it set overnight installed fuse fans came on even tho coolant is cold

Sounds like the coolant temperature sensor is unplugged. When the computer loses the signal from the coolant temperature sensor it assumes the engine is overheating. The air conditioning is shut down and the radiator cooling fans come on at high speed. Hope that helps! Jim
