Your blower motor resistor is bad, very very common. It's located behind the glovebox. Remove the plastic kick panel on passenger side and look up. Will be 2 small screws holding it on to the blower motor. Will need to drop glovebox door to get to connector. Best to buy a new pigtail for it also. rockauto will have the pigtail if you can't find them locally.

Just happened to me today with my envoy 2004 i just sprayed battery cleaner on cable who leak the box fuses and the cable network and the blower heater ans 4wd where backup in service but for how many time ?

Same thing wrong with my 05 envoy Already replaced blower motor resister. Now my radio nor my hvac display on dash work.
