How do I fix my backup lights bulbs
and fuses are new

Check your ground near the taillights look up the wiring diagram for your year make model and sub model

Thought this might help. You can see the fuse, upper left. Lower right should be for gmc. The top wire for back-up lamps in diagram is voltage. The bottom black wire in diagram is ground.
