Ask them if this car was a rental, or loaner car for the agency . in other words, WHO owned this car? If it was a two year old leasse return, then, I would consider it. If it was the rental or loaner and driven by a lot of different people, go look for another vehicle.

Carfax will tell you if it was a lease, owned, or rental. Trust the paperwork, not the dealer.

Or accident reported. 9 times out of 10, if it sounds too good to be true, it is.

Then, I would definitely skip it. People drive loaner cars and rental cars like they were characters in a "Fast and Furious" movie, LOL. You would be better off getting a three year old lease return with more miles. Don't be afraid of getting even a four year old car with 60,000 miles. It's all about how the car was treated. And, if you possibly find a CPO ( certified pre-owned) vehicle from a new car dealership, it would be very desirable . New car dealerships have a very high profile in your local community and the last thing they can afford is to have their name besmirched by poor deals. Good luck.
