Suggest you have your Mechanic check for Toyota Service Bulletins concerning this issue. This vehicle may need to have several software updates.

Reboot the system by pressing/holding the volume button till the reboot starts. I did it for a friend of mine that has a 2014 Camry, and it solved the problem . I hope this works for you. Good luck.

Aumotor, you're a genius! Solved my blank screen issue on my 2019 Sienna by doing what you suggested. Thank you so much! Sandy 7/22/2020

How long do you need to hold down the volume button for? Mine also serves as the on/off button. Does that make a difference?
