I checked the fuses and disconnected the battery but still same result. when you press on the gas the engine will not rev up and when you put in gear car will move but will not accelerate. Ok...sounds like this vehicle is in the ...Limp in Mode....and one needs to scan the computers with a Scan Tool. Codes need to be retrieved and analyzed. Some automotive parts stors will scan your computer for free. However...it appears you cannot drive this vehicle to a PS for this service. So....you might consider towing said vehicle to your favorite repair facility for a diagnosis and repair. My guess is this vehicles Warrenty has expired? Let us know if and how this issue is resolved. Write down any and all codes stored...including the description and code number. Some Emmision Control parts have an extended warrenty up to 80,000 miles.
