Right signal blinks fast

recent hail storm is carrollton area damaged my car and after that hail
damage right signal blinks fast than usual and i figured that front side light is
not working. i will replace that light but then i figured another thing that all
headlights are working but when i tried to lock my car with my key, only left
side light gave me a flash not the right side one. is it a light problem or its
something related to circuit?
