Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Quick one second buzz from rear of 2014 Camry after driving 30 feet.
Happens frequently and also not at all. Cannot predict that it will happen on
any given day, but may happen multiple times in a day or just once, if at all.
Started about one month ago. 30,000 miles on vehicle.

After reading of someone at Toyota nation blog that had the exact same issue, I did what she did. She had a weak battery and replaced it, the noise disappeared. My battery was 4.5 years old and I decided maybe I should try a new battery. It worked. The quick buzz after driving 30 feet or reaching about 10 mph has stopped. It sounded like it was coming from the back of the car, but I guess not.

I am convinced it was the weak battery causing this annoying noise. Alternator working overtime? Usually more of a whining noise, though.
