What is the metal tube like piece that runs in front of rear wheel.

this metal tube is on both sides of car. only one side is missing the bracket to hold it up. What is this bracket called so I can replace it.

If the metal "tube" thing goes from one side to the other it is called a stabilizer or "sway bar.
