02 v6 mustang

I'm working on an 02 v6 mustang for a
buddy. It starts right up and runs fine until
you release the e brake. It is a manual. The
radio will shut off when the e brake is about
halfway released and when its all the way
down tge car shuts down and wont start
unless the ebrake is all the way up. Help
mere!!!
