I hit a deer on my front driver side, upon impact my car stopped running. Now it
won't start at all. I try to start it everything is lit up on the dash and the fan runs
but won't start.

Sounds like the impact triggered the security system into full shut down mode. If running the shut down procedure listed in the owners manual doesn’t work then the dealer will have to reset the entire system. If the damage is too great it could be a total.
