I need help replacing the stock radio on my 2003 GMC Yukon XL.

I recently purchased a new radio from Walmart and a wiring harness adapter from Amazon which I will link to at the bottom. I hooked it all up but I am not getting any power. I have seen here and there that the extra red wire with the harness may need to be ran elsewhere but I want to be sure before I end up shorting something out. Thanks.

You may need an " interface " that links the cars computer to the radio , see a pro car stereo shop and bring your wallet , the days of black wire red wire are over
