02 GMC Envoy - throttle hesitation, Engine revving in park

Started noticing today throttle
hesitation, not from initially going but
around 35 mph. I stopped in a parking
lot because I was getting nervous and
while in park, the whole car started
shaking and engine started revving.
Any ideas?

No check engine light no check engine light transmission just slipping and hesitating going into gear
