2014 Hyundai Santa Fe: Replaced battery and now no sound

While I was on vacation, my houseboy replaced the battery in my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe and now I have no sound from the speakers. All systems - radio, Bluetooth, navigation - appear to be working fine and I can adjust the volume control up and down an watch as the volume seems to track but still no sound. I pulled the Multimedia fuse as suggested on another a site but still no sound. Also, resetting via the reset button by the CD slot has no effect - it doesn't even clear the radio resets.
Any suggestions for what else to try?

Mike it really sounds like something happened while changing the battery or a strange coincidence. I would suggest that you go online to all data DIY and get your self a one year subscription to your vehicle. They are a great source of repair info. It actually sounds like a connector for the speaker system has been disconnected, but I have no idea how that could have happened if all he did was change the battery.
