Engine noise

Weird Engine noise like a diesel generator when i hit the gas steering steep
left and little less same noise when i hit gas and steer to steep right. On a
straight road, everything seems right.

If the noise is related to motor revs, like a loud humming, I'd check the power steering pump and fluid. If it's only making noise when moving and turning it could be drive axles or wheel bearings, most likely drive axle as it's taxed more when you hit the gas while turning and would be more of a clanging sound when bad.

Here's the report on my visit at Toyota Service Center: There was a Oil leak and entire Oil was drained out and the crankshafts were rubbing with no lubrication. The technician said that the Oil hose was broken during the last oil change which I had got it done at sears auto center. My million dollar question which I am still not able to get is why it did run 5000 miles with no interruption and occurred only lately. If there would have been a leak, it should have popped up quite soon within 2000 miles atleast? and more importantly why the warning sign did not show up on my console ? You are inputs are highly appreciated on how to handle this situation !! . Right now the oil change is done and so far good, but the technician did not give an assurance that it would never come back !!

toyota RAV4 2015 Not GOOD about engine the problem started happening when the car was at 30000 miles . for one year i got noise in engine when start up and back to dealer for one year more than once and that noise came back for them 4 times and no one help to fix the problem my advice do not buy from the page dealership the quality is not like how it was before.
