What to do about an engine leak it's been going on for 5 years ?

I have had my Edge in for repair at the dealer
and they said it needed a oil pan gasket and
front cover gasket... they kept my car for 3
days to repair and now two days after having
it back... there is oil dripping on my garage
floor... not only that but when I popped my
hood I noticed they ripped my engine cover
and it's all dirty everywhere on top and
underneath ...they didn't rinse anything off...
is this typical ? Any advice on what I should
do.... this has been going on for five
years...this oil leak problem...thanks
