Passenger side electric seat will make a noise however will not adjust tilt?

Question type: General

When I try to tilt the passenger side seat front down the motor sounds like it is
spinning however no movement. I can reach under the seat and feel the
'screw' moving. Sounds like something is broken?

Thanks you...what I was afraid of. The passenger seat has barely been used. Hope it's not plastic gears! I talked to a local Ford mechanic at the sandwich shop we were eating at tonight and he said it could cost over $1000 dollars. You have to replace the whole track because of all the 'sensors' etc. UGH!
