Flooding/random misfire

Codes are saying maf and random misfire. Maf is
clean an air filter clean. Found a cracked vacum an
repaired. There is fuel laying in the intake. Changed
plugs half hour prior to. Will start if give it gas but
idols rough an 1st gear as well. Spits an sputters.
