Fog lights

Hi I have a 2014 civic and I installed fog lights by splicing
into the low beam and connecting there. But my fog lights
dont have a switch so they come on when I turn on my low
beams but I need to get an inspection and it's illegal to
have fog lights on with high beams

Depends on your state - but as long as they are the same or lower wattage as your low beams you will pass
