My 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited car won't start gave it a minute and tried again finally started so this morning I'm leaving for work and same situation but now not kicking over to start. What is it?

Car did not start, it wants to bells and radio came on so I tried again without
pushing brake as it is stuck. Today living for work and will not start same
situation but will not fully start. What is the problem?

If the battery is 4 years old or older it's time to replace it.
