Front end

Asked by GuruTHWZB Jul 01, 2018 at 09:04 PM about the 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Work Truck Crew Cab LB 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My front right tire pulls to the right for one second
and then stops and everything's fine yet tomorrow
may do it again. And the front end is in perfect
alignment it's as if it just wonders sometimes and
then comes back. The dealership said they can't
find anything wrong with it. It seem to have gone
away and I recently got the front end aligned when
I got the front end aligned I noticed it all the time
frequently again now two three maybe four or five
times a day

Is this causing a safety issue? I would have another front end shop inspect it.

Your hub may be going out. If the bearings are bad, they may "catch" occasionally. If it's only 3 years old, warranty should cover it. It's not that hard to replace if you get the deepwell socket before you leave the store. Just saying.
