Absolutely not!! If it seems too good to be true, it probably is!! But if you're really interested in the vehicle contact the seller. Tell them you want to have the vehicle inspected before you buy because you live out of State. If they refuse or balk, walk away. I've used lemonsquad.com for my long distance purchases with excellent results. Hope that helps! Jim
