I have a 89 jeep that will stall randomly while im driving down the road. i
replaced the coil, plugs, wires, fuel filter, vacuum lines. it takes about 10

(snow on ground). any ideas?

With intermittent problems need to test when problem is ongoing, spark and fuel injector pulse, engine cranking. If it dies going down the highway, check for rpm signal, should come from crank sensor. The crank sensor should be located in tranny bell-housing. Don't replace anything unless testing points you in that direction. Are there any applicable trouble codes?
The crank sensor was replaced just before i bought the jeep. no engine lights are on at all. someone said to have a garage put it on a scanner that reads obd1 while its running to see what its reading, also to check the tps sensor.
If it takes ten minutes to restart, you can always check the basics. Have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs--proper fuel pressure--fuel injector pulse where applicable. Intermittent issues can be a pain. You can codes yourself, if there are any? If you want to see live engine data, you need a scanner.
Just to add, most scanners will have freeze frame data, hopefully that will show you what was going on when the vehicle stalled?
Thanks. I think i'm going to have to have someone put it on a scanner to see whats going on because it doesnt have any dash lights going off.
