bmw suspension

i bought certified car 3 months ago, a day after i drove it there was a problem in
the suspension, after 4 visits, 29 days and a bmw technician guy getting
evolved and still its not fixed, what should i do know guys ?

i did contact them, they want to send me the same tech guy, they changed spring, struts, lower arms,axle,spring pad,bolts, and more things of course

I thought about that, but I was wondering why should I pay to an independent shop when bmw should know what’s going on and it’s all paid. But you right I should do that, it only sucks that bmw service and they can’t find what’s going on.
