Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2015 versa note base model with manual
transmission. Is it normal to rev at 3,000 rpm at 100
kms per hr?..I recently rented same car with
automatic transmission and it’s only 2,000 or less at
the same speed..seems like a big difference.

Well I was hoping for more detail..I don’t think there are gears in a cvt transmission..5th gear in a manual should be overdrive...can I change to a auto transmission?
