My 1984 Jeep Wagoneer isn't starting.

01/31/18 I drove my jeep as usual, I sprayed some carb cleaner in my V6
engines carburator, checked the oil level, and coolant, filled both. She ran just
fine after I put in the oil. The following day she wasn't starting at 4:50 p.m I
replaced the 13 yr old battery with a new one on 02/01/18 at 3:30 p.m still
nothing.

I pump the gas peddle three times and start all the time before I go any where all three seasons. I'm wondering if maybe it's a fuse.

Ive checked the battery by turning on the windshield wipers and lights they all work, so the battery isn't discharged. I've looked at the wires under the steering wheel everything looks the same way as I last checked her.
