Chevrolet Camaro car keys sometimes doesnt comeout while turning of the car

From past 2-3 days I am trying to turn of my
camaro car and in the first go the key doesnt
turn completely to off mode and it doesnt
come out

I have to turn on the car.l, apply break and
release then turn the key to take it out

Is there something to be worried about ?

No other issue in the car

Something is broken or worn. Maybe the lock cylinder? Have a garage mechanic check it out, eventually the key will get stuck and you won't get it out or shut off the car.
