High beams 2015 chevy camaro

My HIGH beams stop wk'. Fuses and relay good. Evem
putted them with car running and low beams didnt go off.
So what else powers the lights. Sacry in the Dk!

Correction, Pulled the relay and fuses and the low beams were on and they didn't go off like they should have, so what else powers them. When I flip lever to high beams, indicator like on dash come on but High beams do not!
