Should I wait on the 2015 beetle since they are improving the motor

I have been looing at the 2014 Beetle TDI convertibles but hear they are putting a new and improved motore in the 2015.  Should I wait?

The new diesels are worth the wait- technological wonders- but personally, I don't get the whole diesel thing- down the road, who will ever rebuild one of these? It's not like it's a classic Beetle Convertible-

With some VW diesels still on the road after 400K miles with no rebuild needed, I think the product proves it's own point. And...it WILL be a classic one day....especially when everyone else is driving copper-top-powered-plastic-suppositories.
