Question type: Maintenance & Repair

when I first start the car it will start up fine but then will stall after a few seconds. I then restart it no problem and give it some fuel to keep the idle up for a few seconds after than it runs perfectly. why does it stall if I don't give it more fuel?

The throttle body and/or idle air control solenoid may be dirty. I would start by cleaning both of them with throttle body cleaner
