Multiple error codes on CVT Transmission

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2015 Nissan Altima S 2.5L.  The transmission is showing error codes
P0500 vehicle speed sensor, P2765 input/turbine speed sensor B, P0746
Pressure Control Solenoid A and P0848 Transmission Fluid Pressure
Sensor/Switch B Circuit High.  Does this mean the transmission is shot?

Probably shot. Hit up your dealer for a new one gratis.

You will need two new input sensors, for A & B circuit. Also a new valve body which contains the wiring harness and the pressure sensor & shift solenoids. Shift solenoids are probably shot from not changing your fluid every 30- 60K. If they are shot, you’ll need a new transmission filter as well. Shift solenoids + harness is $350+ from rock auto for a 2012 Versa. eBay has entirely new valve bodies which contain the harness+sensors+solenoids for $180+ For a 2012 Versa. Yours may be more.
