High mileage newer model

Asked by GuruL43G9 Mar 19, 2019 at 12:21 AM about the 2015 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I'm in the market for a 2013-2015 used car that will last a long time.  One of
my choices is the Subaru Outback 3.6r limited.  I found a 2015, no accident,
1 owner, with service records, good price, but with 85k miles.  I believe they
owned it (mostly in northern Illinois now in Texas) since late 2014.  I've
researched online and the reviews are great, however, I am hesitant about
the mileage and that it came from the salt belt.  I intend to have a mechanic
check it.  Is this a good deal or should I pass?

A good deal implies the car is a good value for the price you pay. Check out the price on kbb.com and get a CarFax. Don't buy it if it is rusty.
